Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the tonality of the gloves in slightly darker in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. A small rip to the right glove has been repaired and the sculpture has been lightly cleaned, all under the artist's supervision. The leather is slightly worn, which is in keeping with the medium's natural ageing process. Visible only upon very close inspection in raking light are a few thin and isolated scratches scattered to the glass, which is characteristic of the artist's choice of medium, and superficial handling marks in places.
