of rectangular format, central panel with flowerhead emanating tulip-heads and pomegranates with cintamani motifs, spandrels filled with interlacing split-palmettes, outer border with a repeating pattern of tulip-heads and pomegranates enclosing tiger-stripes, reduced at bottom, framed

In fair overall condition, reduced at bottom, some fraying, fold marks, wear, loose threads, some consolidation, as viewed.
