Description

  • tinned-copper
  • 17cm. height.
  • 34cm. diam.
of deep rounded form with everted rim, band of thuluth calligraphy on shoulder, decorated beneath with alternating half and whole cartouches filled with split-palmette and chinoiserie cloud band designs, flattened rim with five cartouches, one of which containing owner's name

Condition

In generally good overall condition, slightly rubbed, some knocks and abrasions, interior with some oxidisation, one rim cartouche etched out to make way for another, as viewed.
