the red voided velvet threads on a silk cream ground with green metal-thread highlights, featuring stylised palmettes with carnations and tulips, mounted on a linen frame

Condition

In fair condition, the metal and silk threads loose in sections, some small treas with associated consolidation, fading to the velvet consistent with age and use, mounted on new linen-covered frame, as viewed.
