Description

  • Enamel and gold
decorated with bright polychrome enamels on a gold ground depicting portraits of three young noblewomen and one young nobleman named 'Mohammed Ali' amidst dense floral bouquets

Condition

In fairly good condition, some of enamel flaked off, particularly near portrait of one of ladies and to inside of section, and in other few minor parts with some consolidation and restoration, the gold base with break along one edge and crack on one side moving inwards, remains of old inventory number, overall bright, as viewed.
