Description
- 75cm. high, 162cm. wide, 104cm. deep; 2ft. 5½in., 5ft. 3¾in., 3ft. 5in.
the rectangular top above an ebonised beading incorporating a frieze with two short side drawers and one central dummy drawer, with three opposing dummy drawers and two further dummy drawers to the right hand side, all the drawers have central brass escutcheons and dummy campaign pulls, on a central tapered support with ebonised decoration and four further lotus carved supports each with four bronze circular mounts, on top of a moulded base and bracket feet
Condition
The top has had its varnish removed and has a repaired central age crack. There are wooden fillets to each side extending which has added two inches of width. There are some minor restorations to the base and the brass handles have been tarnished. With old marks and scratches throughout consistent with age and use.
