Description

  • candlesticks, 29cm., 11 3/8 in. high; candlesticks and branches, 44cm., 17 1/4 in. high
circular, applied gadroon borders, the bases of each engraved with a crest above the inscription: 'From W.O.G. 30th Septr. 1885', the almost matching branches each with two scrolled arms, three sconces and two detachable nozzles

Condition

The candlesticks: both very slightly bent, otherwise marks and condition good except for a few minor scratches, lacking nozzles, one loaded, the crests and probably the same date as the inscription (i.e. 1885); the branches: a little bent and minor wear otherwise good, the central lights have no nozzles
