rectangular with rounded corners, the lid, sides and base decorated with a profusion of colourful enamelled taille d'épargne flower sprays and cornucopiae, the lid centred with a medallion similarly decorated within a white enamel frame, the sides and base with engine-turned reserves, Turin control mark (crowned cross of Civil Order of Savoy)
