- 5.7cm., 2 1/4 in. high, 9.7cm., 3 3/4 in. diam.
of peach shape with a basketwork moulded body, the branch handle curling underneath the base to form feet sprouting moulded leaves picked out in colours, the inside edge of the rim painted with a band of flowers,

Condition
In generally good condition, there is some wear to the brown enamel of the branch handled on the outer edge and to the feet. some light surface scratches to interior.

This peach form was inspired by a Chinese original, probably a Yixing stoneware wine or libation cup, whilst it is uncertain how English clientele used these objects.
