Description

each with a reeded lotus-leaf cast stem issuing two tiers of candelarms, on a stepped square plinth applied with a berried laurel wreath signed Thomire à Paris
Condition
In overall good original condition. Attractive detail to the casting. Colour less greenish more golden natural and attractive than in the catalogue photograph. There is some minor rubbing to the gilt-bronze and they are a little dirty in places and would benefit from a light clean according to taste. The candle nozzle of one is missing its internal section but this can easily be replaced. Generally the internal sections have engine turning but on one candelabrum four do not and are a different colour to the rest and are possibly replacements. There is minor rubbing on the bases as visible from the catalogue photograph.
