Condition
Overall very good, original condition, consistent with age and gentle use. The upholstery in generally good condition, demonstrating signs of wear particularly at arm rests, with some loss of velvet pile in these areas, as is common with upholstery of this material and age. Some surface dirt and discoloration at the head rest. There is a sensitively executed professional restoration carried out at one point in the chair's history to the proper left front foot that is not visually obtrusive.
