assis en vajrasana sur un trône, les mains en dhyana mudra, paré de bijoux et d'une riche couronne, auréolé d'une mandorle trilobée enflammée, marque Da Qing Qianlong gengyin nian jingzao (1770) incisée devant le socle

Acquired in China in the early 1900s by a French military (by repute).
Condition
The figure is in good overall condition with the points of the crown slightly pushed in. There is some overall light wear to the gilding and tiny dents to the stand. The vase in his hands missing as visible in the catalogue illustration.
