la partie centrale et le pied décorés de masques taotie rythmés de quatre arêtes en relief, le col rehaussé de quatre grandes palmes verticales encadrant des cigales et des détails de taotie désassemblés, marque à quatre caractères Hu Wenming zhi incisée à la base

Condition

The vessel is in overall good condition. It is heavily cast. It is leaning very slightly to one side and there is some wear to the gilding particularly to the upright blade leaves on the neck. There is minor wear to the surface on the inside rim and neck and some reddish staining. The surface may have been covered with some kind of varnish.
