Condition

The vase was mounted as a lamp and is drilled through the base straight through the mark (visible in the catalogue illustration). The rim of the vase was mounted and the glaze around the rim shows signs of wear where the metal mount was attached to the vase. The glaze crackle around the rim is slightly dirty and darker than on the rest of the body and foot. There are a few scattered pin-point glaze imperfections around the body, neck and foot and some light wear to the glaze around the body. The glaze is of a slightly greenish grey-blue tone.
