Catalogue Note
Inseritomi nella corrente concretista, nell'ambito della quale ho subito compreso e deciso di poter attuare le mie ricerche, (...) sono giunto alla sofferta e gioiosa conquista di una "forma" personale: la superficie trapezio-ovoidale. Perfetta in se stessa per la sua geometrica essenzialità, tale forma mi si è rivelata e proposta quale modulo tematico ed elemento costruttivo per ogni mia ulteriore creazione pittorica e plastica.
Once I joined the "concretista" movement, I finally realised I could make my own researches, furthermore I reached the painful yet joyful creation of a personal "shape": the oval trapezoidal shape. A perfect shape thanks to its geometrical essentiality. Thanks to its qualities this shape has revealed itself as being the perfect model theme and constructive element for all my upcoming sculptures and paintings
