This work appears to be in generally good overall condition. There are 3 traces of light discoloring along the right margin visible in the catalogue illustration. There are 1 tiny speck by the lower left corner and 1 light soiling halo towards the lower left margin.There are traces of dust on the shapes.

Con le Estroflessioni, Bonalumi riesce a plasmare creazioni artistiche che costuituiscono, nel senso più forte, oggetti autonomi identici, dati fattivi e formalmente chiusi in sè, che comprendono spazio, colore, luce e ombra, senza illustrare questi in modo fittivo e illusorio. Al tempo stesso, però, questi oggetti sono anche belli in senso ideale: hanno una perfezione così impeccabile da avvicinarli all'assoluto.
With his Extroflections, Bonalumi succeeded in making artistic creations that are, in the strongest sense of the terms, identical autonomous objects, factually given and formally self-contained, encompassing space, colour, light and shadow, without making them fictive, illusionary depictions. At the same time, though, these objects are also beautiful in an ideal sense: they are of such untainted perfection that they approach the absolute.
