with disk foot, echinus mouth, and twin double handles.

Condition

Very good; as with 44 the glaze is blacker and has a finer sheen than the catalogue photo suggests, minor nicks and abrasions to the glaze, some of which have been repainted, a larger area of in-painting is visible in the catalogue photo as a grayish area just below the center shoulder, small areas of glaze missing underside of handles and rim, area of thin glaze below one handle, the underside of foot is nearly flat and has a small shallow recess in the center.
