Top of barrel inscribed Pe. Berry.

The rifle is relief carved to the rear of the cheekpiece with C-scrolls that extend under and forward of the cheek piece. The gun is carved to the rear of the tang, to the rear of the ramrod pipe and forward of the trigger guard. Molded lines run from the lock and sideplate to the rear ramrod pipe.

Condition

Lacking one silver staple on proper left side at muzzle end.
