Pile ranges from closely shorn 1/8in. generally in borders with central are low to knotheads and spot foundation. Lowest areas at upper end of medallion. A 2in. dark stain in left side of field, scattered smaller spot stains. Sides with machine-stitched overcasting. Partial end guard borders, now secured with a binding stitch. Flexible handle, sound fabric and respectable condition for age. Please note that a license may be required to export textiles, rugs and carpets of Iranian origin from the United States.
