Pile ranges from approximately 1/8in. to low to knotheads in areas of scattered foldwear. Small losses to upper right and lower left corners, now secured with blanket stitch. Small nick to right side border at upper end. Upper pendant with a 3in. repaired slit. Lower end with minor partial outer guard border, now secured with a blanket stitch, sides with some later overcasting. Reverse with scattered moth damage. Lustrous wool, good overall condition, supple handle. Please note that a license may be required to export textiles, rugs and carpets of Iranian origin from the United States. Clients should enquire with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regarding export requirements.
