SURFACE: in fair condition; water damage has caused surface to blister and flake, mostly in waterfall area; soiling to surface (could use a cleaning); mild crazing at lower part of right quadrant (hill with trees and some in sky); a few horizontal scratches at center, right; work is in need of restoration UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: no apparent inpainting
