SURFACE: in good condition; a few very minor scattered specks of loss UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: work is clean for the most part; a few small clusters of minor retouches in background, most of it on right side of work--for craquelure fill-in, small losses; figure is clean except for a few small specks of retouching at her knees and between the legs of her easel
