Condition
The following condition repost has been created by Simon Parkes:
This work has not been recently restored. It has been lined, but the lining has left the surface rather lumpy. The lining should be reversed. The painting is probably dirty. There is some abrasion visible in the lower right quadrant and in a few spots in the center of the left side. There might be some retouching around the edges. There are a few spots of retouching in the upper right and in the bottom of the white dress of the girl. Changing the lining, properly cleaning and retouching the work would certainly be advantageous. Once this is done, the condition will be seen to be very good.
