Condition

Good condition for an object of this age and rare type. Vertical repaired crack through height of the mask, extending throguh proper right eye and proper right edge of mouth. Marks, nicks, scratches, abrasions, chips, cracks, and small losses throughout. Lower lip with native repair. Some teeth missing as shown. Surface is thickly encrusted with layered pigment and encrustation, which is crumbling, chipping, and cracking in places.
