Condition
Very good condition for an object of this type and age. Bone is porous with rough surface on reverse. Minor marks, nicks, scratches, abrasions, and very small chips consistent with age, material, and use. Undersides of both feet with holes for attachment to modern base. Indistinct inventory marking underneath proper left foot. Fine aged glossy patina with stain, encrustation and remains of red earthy pigment.
