Condition
Overall in very good condition. The wooden surfaces with intricate and highly detailed figuring throughout. Minor surface scratches and minor edge abrasions consistent with age and gentle use. The recessed portions of the design with light surface dirt. The side of the lamp base not shown in the catalogue illustration presents with minor fading due to sun exposure. The parchment shade is in very good condition with light surface dirt consistent with gentle handling. The lamp is currently functional and fitted with a US plug. The burled wood base of this lamp has a particularly detailed and deeply sculptural form. The rosewood stays of the shade with very nice figuring and rich coloration. This lamp presents with wonderful scale and form when viewed firsthand.
