Condition

Overall very good condition consistent with age and gentle use. The glass in very good condition with a few very minute chips to the outer edge of the largest shade which do not detract, minute chips to the central inner shade, not seen when assembled and do not detract. Minor oxidation to the base as is consistent with age. The shades and base likely a marriage, with the shades likely dating to circa 1940. Presents beautifully overall. Sotheby’s does not guarantee electrical components and suggests having all wiring inspected by a licensed electrician.
