Condition
Overall good condition consistent with age and use. Scattered nicks, scuffs and marks to the paint overall, as is typical with these mid-century works. Paint loss to the top edge of the smaller shade, revealing the aluminium, approximately 2 cm in diameter and can be partially seen in the catalogue. One black scuff to the white painted underside of the smaller shade, approximately 6cm long. The larger shade with a small scratch to the lower back of the shade revealing the aluminium beneath, approximately 8 cm across. The frame with minor surface rust overall. Two small white paint marks to the back of the frame, approximately 0.5 cm each, and one brass set-screw missing from the smaller bent arm. Sotheby's does not guarantee electrical components and suggests having all wiring inspected by a licensed electrician.
