Condition
The following condition report was kindly provided by Simon Parkes Art Conservation, Inc.:
This oil on panel is made from a single piece of wood. The panel is flat and the paint layer is stable. The work is clean and undamaged. Under ultraviolet light, one can see that some cracks in the red fan and a few spots in the white blouse have received retouches. There are also a few spots in her upper breast, in both cheeks and in her chin. These retouches are small and accurate. The condition is good.
