Condition
Movement running at time of cataloging, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Chronograph functions correctly.
Case is in good condition with wear consistent with use and slight polish to the case band to the top left lug. Small swirls and scratches overall, slight wear on the lugs close to the bezel. Bezel in good condition, acrylic insert with slight scratches. Dial in very good condition with slight patina to the luminous material. Movement in good condition with some loss to the finish.

Catalogue Note
Datyonas with 'exotic' dials are amongst the most iconic of all Rolex models and are popularly named after the legendary actor Paul Newman who was known to have worn one. This reference 6263 has the two-tone 'Panda' dial 'Paul Newman', so-called for the striking contrast between the white dial and its black subsidiary dials.
