Condition
Movement running at time of cataloging, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
Case in good condition light wear to the edges and slight scratches overall consistent with use. Dial in very good condition and is original. Movement in good condition however would benefit from a service as the rotor seems slightly loose and has some scratches. Marks to the interior case back from rotor.

The current seller of this lot, Roy Doty (1922 - ), is a famous cartoonist, artist, and illustrator and the 2006 recipient of the National Cartoonist Society's Reuben Illustrator of the Year Award. He is only one of 12 inductees in the National Cartoonists Society Hall of Fame. Doty has illustrated more than 170 children's books, including titles by Judy Blume.
