2 volumes bound in one, folio (310 x 195mm.), numerous woodcut illustrations, coloured by a contemporary hand, Linnaean binomials added in marginal MS, contemporary blindstamped pigskin of the Dominikanerkloster Bamberg over wooden boards (possibly a remboitage), occasional browning, volume 1 a6 with restoration at foot just touching text, k5, N2, Y4, Ff4, Hh3, Ll5, remargined, some other repairs, e.g. to worming, generally not affecting text, last leaf of volume two with oxidised ownership inscription on verso causing loss on recto, clasp straps renewed
