Catalogue Note
Rare. The mapsheets are numbered (starting from the north-west) 53-56, 68-73, 84-89, 2-8 and 10-16 and are mixed editions (first, second, third and 'preliminary'). They cover the whole of modern-day Persia without perhaps a sliver of land north of Basra and west of Ashkabad. Many of them are marked 'Confidential' (cancelled) or 'For Official use only'.
