Description
- Schlumberger for Tiffany & Co.
- gold, mabe pearl
Centering a cultured pearl measuring approximately 14.6 by 14.0 mm, within an openwork mounting, gross weight approximately 13 dwts, size 5, signed Tiffany Schlumberger.
Condition
In very good condition. The cultured pearl has a silvery white bodycolor with strong rose and green overtones and a fair luster due to significant wrinkling to the skin. Some minor dimpling and ringing can also be seen under magnification, but these blemishes aren't apparent when the ring is worn. The gold exhibits some minor scratching from wear and the bottom of the shank shows evidence of previous sizing. The signature is on a plaque on the inner shank.
