Under the naked-eye: The painting is overall in good condition. It is painted on an oak wood panel made with two non-cradle planks. We notice two reinforcements at the top of the panel on the reverse. Each reinforcement is 4 x 4,5cm. We notice some retouching on the entablature and in the background. The details of the fruits are altogether well preserved. The picture is under an old dirty varnish. The painting has been cleaned and this restoration has slightly damaged the glazes. Under the UV light: The painting appears under a green uniform varnish apart for a circular removed track of varnish in the upper part on the centre (about 10 centimetres of diameter). There is a light retouching in the middle of the left edge, little few retouching among the plums in the foreground. The painting is overall in good condition.
