Description

  • Wood and pigment
standing on squat legs, with exaggerated arms attached by nails, wearing a painted cloth kilt, with concentric zigzag bands, the mask, carved with a grooved mouth, realistic nose and oval eyerims, painted with an inverted v-shaped device, zigzags, and small crosses; red, yellow, black and white pigments.

Condition

One arm broken and re-glued. Overall wear, heavy abrasion in places. Possible water damage.
