Condition

Yomud: Pile generally good, near original 1/10in. Areas of wear in center low to knotheads and some foldwear showing spot foundation. A 1/2in repaired hole in field. 2.5 by 1/4 in reweave in one corner. Partial side guard borders with some scattered repiling and later overcasting. Cloth band sewn on reverse on both sides. Losses to ends, both ends secured with binding stitch. Good saturated color, sound fabric and condition. Chodor: Pile generally low to knotheads overall with areas of foldwear showing foundation. A 4in by 2in reweave and a 2in. by 1.5in. faded reweave; one in upper end the other in lower end of field. Smaller scattered reweaves; mostly along edges. Losses to all four sides. Upper end and sides with later overcast, lower edge secured with a binding stitch. Sound fabric and condition.
