Condition

Pile ranges from approximately 1/8th of an inch in most areas to low to knotheads at oxidized dark browns. Very hot red dye in a rosette, probably chemical. Very minor scattered moth damage. Original madder red wool selvages. Upper end with quarter edge kilim finish. Lower end with small losses and fraying to dark brown outer guard strip. Recommend securing. Very supple handle and lustruous wool. In very good condition.
