with multi-stage barrel, on a wooden field carriage with spoked cambered wheels, and complete with its limber incorporating a powder box

Condition

This canon and limber are in country house condition showing some cracks and woodworming marks and losses to the carriage; the replaced copper braces are nailed to the carriage and are not removable as originally. The carriage has been repainted and shows some losses to paint. Limber with missing hook to lock, marks and scratches consistent with age and use; elements to underside of limber replaced. The canon worn.
