with a red leathered body, stamped GONICHON / RUE DES POSTES / A PARIS, on a period paper covered box containing a group of extra lenses and bearing an inventory label 'Schloss Banz / Inventar / n. 213

Condition

The wooden box with paper torn and with large losses, one locking hook missing. The leather and mahogany sections of the microscope are in good condition as well as the main lens.
