The complete portfolio, comprising 29 offset lithographs printed in colors, 1969, each inscribed in pencil  'A 168/250' from the edition of 250 distributed worldwide (there was also a French edition of 250 marked 'F'), also numbered 168 on the justification page, loose (as issued), on Arches wove paper, 17 of 29 lithographs with the printer's blindstamp, Marcel Salinas, published by Harry N. Abrahms, Inc., New York, with colophon, title page, introductory text and original paper spacers, contained in the  original beige corduroy portfolio cover (29 prints)

Condition

The full sheets and fresh colors, the portfolio is in good condition apart from occasional foxing concentrated in the lower and right sheet edges on the verso and in plates 19 - 29 the top right corner curls slightly inwards. with cardboard box Additional imperfections to individual plates are as follows: Plate 3: A window of pale light-stain. Plate 4: A line of purple discoloration (possibly stry ink) up the right side of the sheet. Plate 5: Purple stay-ink in the bottom right corner and it appears as though the lithograph was originally numbered 'F 168/250' and corrected to read 'A 168/250'. Plate 6: Purple stray-ink along the right side of the sheet only visible upon close inspection. Plate 11: A 3/8 in by 1/8 in area of paper loss in the right sheet edge at center. Plate 15: Stray ink in the right sheet edge. Plate 19: Bottom sheet edge at left corner shaved by approximately 3/8 in. Plate 22: One fourth of an inch scratch with associated ink loss in the bottom of the sheet at center. Plate 24: Small area of paper loss in bottom right corner. Plates 26 & 27: Quarter-inch printing imperfections in the top and bottom sheet corners, respectively.
