Etching, 1931, Baer's second (final) state, signed in red crayon (faded), an impression from the edition of 40 printed on old Japan (total edition includes 102 impressions), printed by Maquart, Paris in 1947, published by Lucien Vollard, framed

Condition

The print is in good condition apart from discoloration throughout due to light-stain, darkest at the mat bevel, and three whitened areas, presumably from a prior hinging. The red pencil signature has almost entirely faded away. Minor imperfections include soft handling creases throughout and time-stain at the extreme upper edge at left.
