Lithograph printed in colors, 1895/1896, Adriani's third (final) state with letters, on wove paper, framed
Condition
The print is in good condition and the sheet is full. The colors have attenuated slightly and there are several paper losses with associated discoloration, the largest measuring one inch by 3/4 of an inch in the bottom left corner. There are a few skillfully repaired tears, the longest measuring 1 3/4 inches long. Several pin-holes and minor nicks are visible at the extreme sheet edges. Minor imperfections comprise surface soiling in the top right corner, a crease in the bottom right corner and occasional soft handling creases. Three areas of adhesive stain, presumably from prior hinging, and minor surface soiling can be seem on the verso. The sheet is backed by smooth wove paper and there is a central vertical fold.
