Condition
Trimmed just outside the borderline in places at right, trimmed to or on the borderline elsewhere, a vertical strip at left sheet edge (to the left of the boats, measuring circa 4.5cm) made up in pen and ink, a small supported paper loss at upper right corner in the tree leaves, a circa 3cm diagonal repaired tear at lower left corner in the ground, a 1.5cm horizontal repaired tear at centre of left sheet edge, a 1cm vertical tear at centre of right edge in the grass, a few minor repaired tears and defects at the sheet edges, unframed.
