Etching with engraving and drypoint, 1634, a good impression of the third (final) state, New Hollstein's third state (of six), with touches of burr on the angel's face, sheep and elsewhere, on paper with a Foolscap watermark

Condition

Trimmed on or just within the borderline on three sides, trimmed circa 4mm within at top, upper right corner made up, a supported horizontal paper split (circa 40mm, to the right of the angel, above the bridge), a repaired tear across lower left corner, a few short repaired tears at sheet edges, other minor defects, unframed.
