mounted, signed, dated, and editioned '1-50' in pencil on the mount, 1935 (Conger 641)

Condition

This photograph is in generally excellent condition. Only visible in high raking light are various tiny deposits of original retouching and a few pin-point-sized impressions that do not appear to break the emulsion. The print is mounted to slick white board. There is light wear and discoloration near the edges of the mount, and the corners are rubbed. There are a few tiny rust-colored deposits on the lower portion of the mount. In addition to the print in the Center for Creative Photography, Tucson, Conger locates only two prints in these institutions: Special Collections, University of California, Los Angeles, and; the University of California, Santa Cruz, this last a Project Print.
