Condition

These 7 photographs are in generally excellent condition. The edition stamp on the reverse of each mount indicates that each print is from an edition of 45 plus 4 artist's proofs or from an edition of 90 plus 9 artist's proofs. Credit and title are written in an unidentified hand in pencil on the reverse of some of the mounts. A mat is affixed to the front or upper edge of each mount. The images are as follows: 'Thin Tree, Kracow, Poland,' 1989, printed in 1991 - This print is editioned '3/45' in pencil on the mount and on the reverse. 'Guardian Wolf, Courances, France,' 1997, printed in 1998 - This print is editioned '11/45' in pencil on the mount and on the reverse. 'Swings, Catskill Mountains, NY,' 1977, printed in 1985 - In raking light, a few deposits of original retouching are visible near the upper edge. The reverse of the mount is soiled. This print is editioned '73/90' in pencil on the mount and on the reverse. 'Cold Tree, Study 2, Anchorage, Alaska, USA,' 1989, printed in 1992 - This print is editioned '1/45' in pencil on the mount and on the reverse. 'Fountain of Flora, Versailles, France,' 1988, printed in 1989 - Upon close examination, a tiny nick with an attendant loss of emulsion is visible in the right portion of the image. This print is editioned '6/45' in pencil on the mount and on the reverse. 'Abandoned Oyster Dock and Highway 1, Moss Landing, California,' 1988, printed in 1989 - In raking light, a glossy deposit in the center and a matte deposit near the lower edge of the image are visible. The reverse of the mount is lightly soiled. This print is editioned '6/45' in pencil on the mount and on the reverse. 'Lion's Head, Palace of the Legion of Honor, San Francisco,' 1991 - This print is editioned '3/45' in pencil on the mount and on the reverse.
