Condition

These prints are in generally good condition. In raking light, several soft and sharp handling creases and small impressions are visible on each of the prints. There is some wear to the edges and corners of each print, with occasional attendant losses of emulsion. The prints are lightly soiled on the reverse, and there are abrasions at the corners from prior hinges. 'Presa Di Coscienza Sulla Natura' - This print is signed in ink and stamped with the 'Presa di Coscienza Sulla Natura' title stamp in red ink, as well as the photographer's '60019 Senigallia (Italia), Via Mastai, 24' studio and credit stamp in purple ink on the reverse. In raking light, a deposit of retouching and a small pale yellow deposit, also possibly retouching, are visible. On the reverse, '#12' and '1978' are written in an unidentified hand in pencil. Landscape - This print is signed, dated '78,' and inscribed in Italian in ink on the reverse. In raking light, a long scratch that does not appear to break the emulsion is visible along the right edge of the image. The top paper-ply is lifting slightly at the upper left corner of the image. 'Paesaggio' -This print is signed in ink and stamped with the title in green ink, and the '60019 Senigallia - an - Italia, Via Mastai, 24' studio and credit stamp in black ink on the reverse. Also on the reverse, '#5' is written in an unidentified hand in pencil.
