1 volume in-plano, half shagreen binding, flat back including 51 salt and albumen prints mounted to card. 38 salt prints from paper negative by Henry Le Secq, 35 signed, titled and dated in the negative, 2 signed in pencil in the lower right corner. 10 albumen prints from glass negative by Bisson Frères, with black ink signature stamp in the lower corners. 3 anonymous salt prints, 2 oval.

Condition
This object is in very good general condition. The prints are in good to excellent general condition: the Le Secq prints range from excellent in tonality to very faded, the Bisson prints in very good condition. There are two different kinds of cards for the Bisson and the Le Secq prints. Most of the album cards with occasional light foxing which does not affect the prints. The edges and corners of the album are slightly worn. The spine with a tear (approx. 10 cm) in the lower part.
