Deux petits albums in-folio demi chagrin bleu comprenant 232 tirages. Le premier album avec 40 tirages salés, 117 tirages albuminés et 8 tirages salés réhaussés à l'aquarelle, contrecollés sur planches d'album. Le second album comprenant 26 tirages salés et 41 tirages albuminés, contrecollés sur planches d'album. Certains tirages signés, datés dans le négatif et légendés au crayon d'une même main inconnue sur le carton. Chaque première page d'album avec tampon 'Tritsch Collection'.

Condition
The bindings of the two albums show traces of use and age: the corners, edges and surfaces are signifcantly worn. The cards are generally undulated, yellowed at the edges and with foxing. The quality of the prints varies from excellent to very faded.
The album comprises an extraordinary variety of subjects, printing technics and stylistic approaches from this early period in the history of photography.
